Jenni was a complete star. We had vague ideas of what we wanted and she guided us with her excellent knowledge and advice. We never felt pushed and Jenni really listened to what we wanted. Then Rob sorted our accommodation and parking at Heathrow in a single phone call. We now look forward to our first American holiday with total confidence. I'd recommend Trailfinders in a heartbeat, we shall definitely use them for our next holiday.
