Left a used mask on top of my towels, rang them but not bothered to call back as they said they would, dirty and disgusting to leave something like that in a pandemic! Update- 5th Jan, and another big under-valuation, 3 reputable estate agents valued £35k higher than this company, strange really because I had 4 offers all only £5k and £10k less!
