et ordered and measured up by a lovely salesman...that's where the experience turned sour. Fitter number 1 arrived, perfectly pleasant. However fitter number 2, was rude, spent 30 minutes on a personal call, barely did any work leaving it mainly to fitter number 1, and when I asked him to turn his radio off, asked me if I was joking and rudely retorted. This was Monday, despite telephoning to complain, & assurances the partner would call me, I called into store only to be subject to further verbal abuse by another member of staff because I had dared to complain. King's carpets, AKA Paupers masquerading you haven't heard the last of this, I want an apology and compensation.
