I used Rothera Dowson of Beeston, Nottingham to buy 10 properties in the 1990s. In the early 2000s they offered free will writing so services and as a loyal customer who had spent many thousands of pounds with them I thought that that was the least they could do for me. Their staff were rude arrogant and obnoxious and I left without receiving any assistance whatsoever. I have not used them for any purpose since, never shall and would highly recommend that no one else used them either.
