We sold our house in Carlton with Woodstead. They’re the best estate agent in Nottingham, that I’ve ever dealt with. Excellent communication throughout, they’re knowledge is superior to any other estate agent, Jennifer and Jessica just know what they are doing and their experience and level of service sets them head and shoulders above any other agent. All you get and the exceptional service level for just 0.75%, without any hidden or upfront costs. We were looking for the catch, but there genuinely wasn’t one. We sold in four weeks, over asking price! My advice to anyone wanting to sell in Nottingham, choose Woodstead Sales and Lettings.
