Steer clear, having an absolute night mare with this outfit at the moment. Very close to going legal on them, can't say too much at the moment as case is ongoing, but please read all of the posts below , to get a flavor of how appallingly bad this company is. Please, please,please, do not let your children at Uni anywhere near these people.
