After hearing about this shop, my mother and I decided to take some clothes (that we have recently slimmed out of!) to this shop. We looked at the shop's website to get all the information in advance, gathered the clothes that we thought would be appropriate over a week or so and made the specially planned journey to Rennaissance (we live a good 20-25 minutes drive away). When we arrived we were eventually, sharply and rudely, 'greeted' by two ladies who told us that they only take clothes in the first two weeks of the month, as stated on their website. We found this to be true when we arrived home but this was not the case when we previously checked on the website. To say that we were disappointed with the approach to 'customer service' and the attitude of the staff is an understatement. I would not visit this shop again to buy or sell. This is especially disappointing as the concept of the shop is quite appealing. I have given this shop one star, if there was the option not to give it any then we would have not given it any.
