I don't usually write reviews, but I want to avoid the possibility that someone else will sign up for this company. Please take note of the other reviews - I only wish I had seen them before I entered in to a contract with this company. Maintenance issues went unresolved for a long time. I even had one occasion where I received two red letters indicating that I had used more than my allowance on utility bills. When this was challenged, it was dropped and I never heard anything more about it. It took a long while to get my deposit returned and money was deducted without any justification. This is an awful company who provide terrible customer service and in my experience try to rip off their customers at every turn. Please avoid! I would give 0 stars if that was possible and even that would seem to be too generous. Just shocking quality.
