Being from the USA I am very particular about my meats. My experiences with mince from your average grocery stores as well as sausages havent been all that great. I missed getting my meats from my local butcher and one day saw the shop and decided to try it. Boy am I glad I did. There are two of us and I usually get the £25 family pack and it lasts us over a two week period without a problem. The mince is never grisly and the sausages are not like mush after you cook them. The variety of sausages is also wonderful. Great shop to try
