I went to Arnold carphone warehouse on 28/08/14 Thursday morning, I wanted to know how to use some apps. Also I had problem hearing conversation properly whenever I make any calls, specially international! I explained all these problems to the lady from the counter. I noticed that she doesn't even know what she was doing with my phone. When I asked her about Sat Nav she opened "Drive" even I know what that is used for! I don't think she was any helpful to me at all. I was very disappointed with her. I purchased this expensive Sony z2 Experia, mobile phone from carphone warehouse on 22/08/14.
