Probably the worst decision I have made. Never let with this company. Very poor customer satisfaction and retention. Very rude on the phone. Not very apologetic. Once your money has been taken, you're not getting it back. House was in an absolute state when I moved in after being told it was 'spotless'. Rubbish everywhere. A lot of damages that took weeks to fix. Shabby workmanship outside. Simple jobs take weeks to do no matter how long you ask for them to be done ie) washing machine hasn't worked for the last three days being as nobody can be bothered to come and empty the coin collection tray. Did I mention the office is five mins up the road? And did I also mention that we were never told it costs £2 to wash anyway? Absolutely atrocious. The worst experience for first time letting one can probably ever experience. I would not recommend. Not impressed at all. Have previously tried to leave contract before moving in to avoid these problems. However it appears as once you've signed, it's too late! But surely the same applies to them. So I recommend that everybody with a contract or anybody thinking about having one, make sure beeliving live up to being 'the best secret in town'.
