I would never normally go to the effort of writing a review of a company. However in this situation I desperately hope I can go someway toward preventing potential future customers from quite frankly being scammed by this disgrace that calls itself a letting agent. When we moved into our rented property for £695 pcm I had to amend the entire inventory as it was so inaccurate even down to the walls being painted a different colour!! When we left the property it took them 2 weeks to do a final inspection and we have somehow ended up paying £70 to clear a shed full of items from the previous tenant!! Also a window has miraculously been broken durning that 2 weeks which we have also had to pay for. The property has now been let for £50 pcm less than we paid, despite me being told when I rang up to arrange a viewing that the property had just been reduced, what a coincidence. They're such an arrogant bunch too, not a friendly face in there considering they're making money off you!! Never ever again.
