Took a number of items to be dry cleaned. The woman on the counter was rude and uninterested. Giving her the benefit of doubt I left my items and paid in advance as she insisted. The specific instructions I gave was to be mindful for colour loss on my Pike Brothers Elefant Skin (very heavy cotton) black vest (waistcoat) On collection It was noticable even through the plastic that the vest had been faded beyond recognition. When I showed the woman who I had spoken to when leaving my cloths her immediate response was to lie. It was like that when you brought it in. I didn't do anything. Think pre-pubescent child like denial. It took some time before she admitted giving it a good clean, but there was a small mark so I put it in the washing machine and gave it a further wash. Item now ruined. I asked why didn't she give me a call as she had insisted on taking my telephone number. She stood there looking blank. If you wish to ruin you cloths there are cheaper ways. STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THE PLACE. Not even to give it a go.
