No action was taken by David James, mapperley, once we gave 1 month notice of vacation, the day we handed over the keys, we were told that no one is available to inspect the property and the inspection was done after 8 days, with lots of photographs taken pointing out no. of cleaning and maintenance issues, most of them were existing from day one and were already discussed with David james. mind blowing strategy of David James to make money out of the security amount paid by us....really blew our minds. :(
