If I could give -5 starts, believe me I would.
Upon arrival our accommodation (we are a flat of 5) was in an unacceptable condition. There was a substantial amount of furniture missing, a 10 year out of date fire extinguisher, mould in the shower and a hole the size of a human head in one of the bed room windows just to name a few issues.
Since moving in, the issues continued. Any maintenance requests we submitted were either ignored or took ridiculous amounts of time to fix, no matter how serious.
If you enjoy having to hassle your landlord constantly, living in unfit conditions, practically begging for basic issues to be fixed and generally being ripped off, then this is the accommodation for you!
