Had an operation at a clinic in Nottingham on Friday 10th July. The clinic staff booked a taxi for 8.30 pm. By just before 8.40 pm no taxi in car park. The clinic staff chased with company and were told he was here. The driver had parked on the other side of the road not close to the clinic. So I then had to wait for the taxi to move to the correct pick up place. Then driver then proceeded to ask me for the postcode 5 times and mess around with the Sat Nat I was in a lot of pain and did not appreciate this. He also seemed to struggle with interpreting the sat nat as he went a longer way. I wouldn't of minded I was only travelling to Derby. Terrible inept service.
