I can't recommend this salon highly enough. I turned to them after I had an awful cut/straightening treatment at another salon. Marie worked miracles on my hair, she listened patiently, mopped up my tears and I left with hair I could live with. It is still a work in progress but I still can't believe what Marie managed to achieve with what little hair I had left. From making the initial call, where the receptionist thanked me for putting my trust in Icon, to arriving at the salon where I received a hug and reassurance that "It would all be ok", the whole experience was fantastic. If you are looking for a hairdresser in Nottingham, I don't think you could do any better than Icon.
