I had boiler last year, that is running as it should. They removed and kept the hot water tank, as part of the contract we signed.( It has a monetary value) ok can't really moan that. The cold water ( no monetary value and a lot hassle to remove) but also part of the contract to remove, was left. Ugly pipe work. First service, engineer didn't to up and called customer service 3 times and fobbed off. Called CS again to rearrange appointment and request a small discount for a wasted morning, messed around, promised calls back never happened and yet again fobbed off. Very low quality company, very low quality people. I would AVOID T&S Heating in the future.
