Not perfect by any means...After sales a non event. Our son is still using our 35 year old Ercol settee and we have still have a 15year old M&S leather one, both of these have been through daily family use and have plenty of wear left in them. Decided to splash out 2 grand on this one from PF a treat for our retirement Less than 2 years old and the bottom has fallen out. Neither of us is overweight!!!!! Company say they can' t do anything unless we get it delivered to them and they would also expect us to pay return courier to get it back. They are putting this down to the fact we have moved house. I don't think they would have refused to deliver it to Kent for a sale!!!
