Terrible!!!! Fri 4pm-I went to pick up click and collect in Nottingham centre. I could not find any member of staff at three till blocks or around the store. I saw a sign for click and collect and then followed the arrows to a till that I had been at before. there was a store lady there now and she said " this till is closed" I said that I could not find anyone and this was the click collect till. she sighed put down her pen and said she would have a look but it would take a while. while I was waiting two other people came over looking for staff members. then she came back and so did another store lady. the other lady said I thought this till was shut and she said it was but this lady obviously didn't see the sign............. I wont bother next time

Absolutely shocking, awful, embarrasing customer service. After queing for half an hour today (24 oct 2015) to return a set of pj's they still couldnt get it right. The gentleman never apologies for the wait which is basic customer service, he just kept asking me if it comes as a set - surely this is something he should simply know? After getting another collegue over to check over the item as the pj top has a tag on and the bottoms didnt - which is the case in most pj sets anyway. Even she couldnt grasp the fact that all i wanted to do was return the huge pjs for a small size which i found in store. After 20 minutes of standing there watching them struggle the guy finally sorted it and then asked me for the money.... he had just spent 20 minutes sorting out for RETURN??? so i have now returned home to find that they haven't removed the security tags from them!!! I completely understand that staff may of been in training but watching a poor old lady stand there for 30 minutes with her hands full of items for her to then get to the counter to be turned away because she couldn't use her discount card is an absolute discrace and i seriously think the miserable staff - the woman especially need to re think why they are working in retail because surely its meant to be service with a smile? I can't fault anything about the store, i always find exactly what i want and they always have my sizes but good service is an absolute must and i seriously advise something is done about this and quickly. Visited on saturday 24th october 2015 - 3.15 - 4.10pm aged 20 and 21.
