I find the review before this hard to fatham as i had a totally different experience. All the staff were polite, welcoming and friendly. The venue itself was clean and tidy and all the staff very well presented. Hands were used to serve the food but they did have plastic gloves on, a practice used by many sandwich shops and offered a variety of food of which most appeared to be homemde, was to a very good standard and very good value. I'd definately use this place again and again based on the service i received.

Awful awful place!!! I used to eat here all the time when Jesse owned it he had such a lovely manageress running it with a lovely bunch of lads serving, food was always fantastic, great variety very good value for money. People that have taken it over are scruffy counter is dirty they use there hands to serve its awful, I will never eat here again!!!!
