I recently went to Charlie Fogg's to get a pair of boots re-heeled and to get some polish for another pair of boots damaged by the snow. I couldn't recommend them enough!! Professional, high-quality and friendly service - I was even able to pick up my boots the same day. I've now had the new heels on my boots for over a month and they're doing great. As for the polish, it was picked out in the store and tried on the boot before purchase so I could be sure I had the right one. The prices are affordable too!
