Healthy Amigos membership is for those who wish to develop their skills in achieving and maintaining a healthy happy lifestyle. Healthy Amigos hold monthly meetings with: assessments on total composition e.g. fat percentage, calcification, body age, weight and BMI; presentations and discussions on dieting and exercise. Members get a web portal and a free app.

I have recently been using the app and it has been so helpful with my gy2k work personally. It helps me to understand what sort of exercises I need to do and how to do them properly to get the boys I want.

This is what the public really want. A complete understanding of their own body and mind. This is a refreshing focus on lifestyle and how to really deal with those sabotaging thoughts and finally feel happy and confident with yourself.
