Absolutely terrible. Stay away from here.
I went to have the laser eye surgery, long story short, they were putting a contact lens in one eye to sample what it would be like if I had it lasered. I paid my £395 deposit and 5 days later I went back for the contact lens fitting, they didn't have the correct prescription lens but offered to put one in that was the wrong prescription! I obviously refused and they said they'd order the correct one.......I never heard anything back from them, so 2 weeks later I returned and asked for a refund of my deposit, they couldn't understand why, at which point I explained why I'd lost all confidence in them and that they couldn't do there job properly. I paid on a debit card, yet they couldn't refund my money for 28 working days and from the head office, 31 working days later I returned and still had to wait another 10 days.
What an absolute joke of a company. Stay away, you have been warned!!!

Rubbish service. Don't seem to know what they're doing. Terrible customer service and at best unhelpful, at worst downright rude. I've been going to opticians for 40 years and have never had a problem with any ever except optical express. Incompetent. Will never use again.
