Avoid those guys don’t have clue about Bmw cars and overpriced really I had very bad experiences with them the guy name DAV he is a rip off.

I took my car to this place after it had failed an mot emissions test, a high st chain garage sent me there, it was a total nightmare, they had my car for over a week and had replaced the air sensor but to no avail, in the end i had to go and get my car and another garage fixed the problem in no time, not before i had wasted £280 for nothing, i will never ever go there again, a friend also had problems with them' ..TOTAL GARBAGE !!

DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER WHAT. I came in with a problem with my convertible only opening half way and i left with the convertible STILL broken AND they broke my car to the point where the starter motor would not work because it was SNAPPED IN HALF. Not only did they say it was not their fault but ASKED ME TO PAY £350+ TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE!!! COMPLETE IDIOTS I had to get my car towed to another garage where it is now being repaired. NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IN MY OPINION ASAP.

Worst garage in Nottingham these guys haven't got a clue about BMWs or Audis had the worst experience with these cowboys and I wish I read the reviews before getting my BMW 335i fixed from these guys. Made me spend a fortune trying to sort out a issue which was still there after 4 visits to the garage I was offered no apology for them making the mistake and making me change so many things and spending so much only to be told they haven't got a clue what the issue is . They connected the code reader in and said they had the best in equipment in Nottingham. I spend nearly £2000. In the end took the car to a back street indi B and S motors on palm street basford who had the car for ten mins and told me it was a loose spark plug tightened it up and sorted didn't even charge me. I'm so sickened by series 9.
They have so many cars in there which look like non staters with cobwebs all over them.
SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Hello,
I live in something like twenty-first century doing means to her do it better than anybody you ever seen do screaming enemies. Got a nice ring to it I guess every Series 9 Independent German Auto Specialist need his theme music. No Series 9 Independent German Auto Specialist should have all the power. The clocks ticking away I count the hours, stop trigger I stumbled off.

Do not use!!! That Dave has had my BMW X5 in for 11 months and won't return my calls or return my BMW X5 that needs a engine replacement I'm having to inform the police and solicitor to get it back its excuse after excuse but I should have none when I saw lots of other fished vehicles just sat there, don't be fooled because it's based in the city centre it's a ridicules company to work with and his son Adam it's also bad to deal with.
