This owner is very ill mannered.
DON'T deserve one star. To start with the conversation was okay. Regarding to payments, Alexie was a bit rude and demanding she wanted all of the full payments immediately, instead of 50% deposit. She asked for my email address but NEVER responds to my message until I persist. Rude business owner, avoid Alexie at all cost, she steels your money, argues, fobbing and making excuses then she accuses me of harrassing her. She continues to ignore my messages I needed her to confirm when the wig will be made and I needed to know if they have started making the custom wig.
Although she told me it will take 8 weeks to make, however I needed confirmation and her communication skills are so poor, she needs to improve her social skills. I can not tell if she has read my emails, I do NOT have a crystal ball.
I needed to make sure my custom wig is perfect, it needs to look right.
If she fails to listen and continues to push me away, the custom wig may NOT be right, I can not afford mistakes.
