An excellent service at Nottingham Victoria Centre. Great staff who do everything they can to help. Disturbing that the service is to be 'downgraded' and I am very concerned that once again Nottingham City Council is putting disabled people at the bottom of the list yet again. Please......don't forget that not everyone is as physically or mentally able as you would like them to be. The new 'self service' system planned would, in my opinion, fail to help the very people who need to use it. Please think again before making changes, how about getting existing clients to contribute their thoughts and ideas before you move on.
