Went to the pharmacy to collect a prescription (asthma inhaler) for my 11 month old child. 111 had put through the prescription incorrect so I was advised I would need to pay as it would not be free. I was willing to pay the charge but in my haste I forgot my purse. I told the pharmacist this and he was not willing to help all he wanted was the payment. A very kind stranger who was in the queue could see I was stressed and kindly offered to pay. THANK YOU so much whoever you are, I really want to give you the money back. That meant so much.
If I could put zero stars I would, whilst I understand he has a job to do, you should really be using your discretion. You could see from your system my daughters age and she has had the medicine before.
