I like this restaurant, it has a vibrant atmosphere.

I would give five stars if not for the below.

We have had to chase food and then return it for being cold, twice and the wine list is limited and champagne choice poor. Also, been disturbed by unruly noisy children running about and although they were being a nuisance to others no staff approached the family.

Food is lovely.

I would return again for convenience though would not go as a first choice.

I have been to World Service once as a special occasion.

I enjoyed quality food however, I found this restaurant uncomfortable.

To start we where directed to a seating area with low uncomfortable seats, I was in a cocktail dress and it raised my knees above my hemline to sit in it. Not ladylike at all and left me feeling uncomfortable. Additionally, my partner's seat was on the otherside of the low table and he was too far away to have an intimate conversation with. A killed any romantic atmosphere we had expected.

When we where eventually taken to our table. I was surprised, as it had been ready for us upon arrival which left me disappointed and confused at why we where directed to a waiting area to begin with.

Our starters took a while to reach us and then the main came too quickly (immediately upon clearing the starters).

Also, the champagne was not at the table therefore we had to ask to have our glasses refilled. Unfortunately, staff were not that attentive for this to work well and spoilt the romantic atmosphere we had intended for our anniversary.

Quality of the food was excellent, however, all the above means I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I have to say I love Piccolino's.

I have enjoyed every visit to Piccolino's, however I do wish they would vary their menu a little more. Though that maybe only my problem as I have been too often lately... :-)

Good atmosphere and friendly efficient service.

Wine menu is excellent and I would recommend a pre-dinner cocktail.

I went here with a Groupon Voucher and had a great choice from the full menu. Small additional charge for seafood.

Food was delicious, good choice from the wine menue, atmosphere vibrant, great service from friendly staff. Parking close by.

I would recommend.

Will return again soon.

I went here with a Groupon Voucher which stated "Two Course Meal for Two With Noodles or Rice and a Bottle of Wine for £24" It stated the original value the meal would cost £55.75 and original prices based on most expensive option combinations.

It didn't state that your choice was extremely limited or that the portion sizes were smaller. Quality of food average.

I have used Groupon before for restaurants and this is the first time I have been given a limited choice or smaller portion. Which is not what Groupon is about.

I have spent years looking for a salon where I felt so comfortable in.

Very friendly, no hard sells and a natural talent.
