I wouldnt even give this shop a star at all.The staff are rude and dont know how to treat a customer at all.They dont want to know you unless you want a top of the range contract phone.I took a payg phone back today (with receipt)and was met with a couldnt give a damn kind of attitude and given a phone to ring customer services off.Tried to ring only to be told that the phone we were given to use was blocked.The young lady who dealt with us had already began to chat to another customer and just rudely brushed us aside (in her manner anyway).They cant do enough for you if they can talk you into a contract but the after sales customer services is the worst ive ever come across.Now have a new phone from a DIFFERENT network,and different shop.While i live and breathe i will NEVER use ORANGE or the orange shops again,and they wont get ANY reccomendation from me.
