I had two tattoos done on here and I was very happy with the service, the woman at reception made me and my mum (who had her back done) feel very welcome and chatted about generally things whilst we waited. The aftercare advice was different to other places but it still worked well. I then recently went to book in my next tattoo, and I was welcomed in by a girl who appeared to be around 18/19. She said that she wouldn't find the tattooist and she then quoted up my tattoo, it's a very small quote and she quoted around £200!! I then went back in hoping to find another receptionist and it was the same girl, who then said that she would never quote a tattoo and went to find the artist. He halved the price (which is still silly as I paid less for two tattoos a year before) and I booked in. The woman on reception was very rude and It ruined my opinion of the shop. She had two little tattoos and was talking like she was Kat Von dee. I believe the shop need to get rid of the young receptionist as she is very rude. I booked in with access all areas a few days late random happy I made the correct decision. Avoid this place unless you have an artist in mind. The artists are excellent and I recommended them, if you are going in blind, look through there work and don't listen to the silly receptionist    03-10-13

I had my first tattoo done here, and I was so pleased with the service and aftercare advice I was given. I then had 2 more tattoos done in another shop, for my 4th and 5th tattoo I had recently, I went straight back to access all areas. The people on reception are polite and very respectful of tattoo ideas and I have only good things to say about them. They booked me in for a suitable time and also talked through aftercare products with me. On the day of my tattoos, I actually wanted to change the font and one of the designs slightly. This was no problem and they sorted it immediately. When I went up to the studio, I had the print put on and then the tattoo gun was assembled in front of me. The tattooist was also very truthful about which areas would hurt me. It stopped when it got to painful and also was very truthful about the print I chose and made me aware of why the tattoo needed to be slightly larger then I first thought. The aftercare advice was excellent and I have no faults. I trust the tattooist and they are fantastic artists. The price is fair and I love this place   03-10-13
