Very disappointed with their professionalism. The agent who gave the viewing turned up late, He set off the house alarm – and didn't know the code to deactivate it. He was also unable to answer basic questions about the property. And then he set off the alarm a second time.
Regardless, we decided the house was for us. It's so far proved impossible to even start the application procedure as despite multiple calls to the office they've not answered a single question we've had or replied to any messages we've left.
Useless.
