Terrible experience, very, very rude member of staff supposed to show us around a rental property. We turned up only to be very casually informed that the viewing had been cancelled. When we asked why we hadn't been informed, as we had both taken a day off work and travelled 15 miles, we were informed that it was the tenant's fault, not the estate agents, and basically talked over! She never apologised once. Never, ever again. Totally unprofessional attitude.
