I took my son to the bowling ally today for a game of pool and a meal. I was shocked to find that the cost to use the pool tables was £1.50 per game, an increase from £1.00 last time we went.
The price was bad enough but you would think that charging this kind of price they would at least keep the tables clean and free from food and drink, ensure that the cloths were not worn down to bare threads and that cues would have tips.
We travelled for one hour had one game and left in disgust.
