Terrible customer service! Go to Cow, Braderie or Wild, avoid Baklash! Whilst they have some nice stuff the condition compared to the others is poor and whilst considering buying something the lady working there made numerous snide comments about the fact the reason I was debating not buying it was due to a large rip (something which as someone who regularly shops in vintage and charity shops I come across average condition items a lot) I probably still would have bought the item, had the lady not been so rude, continuing to shout "if you want something without rips, go to John Lewis" as I left the shop. I will never be returning to this shop and certainly won't recommend to my friends. 'Baklash', clearly appropriately named! For a great vintage shop with awesome customer service go to Cow!
