To the aspect of this company dealing in 'property management services'.
You are incapable to the point of lunacy. I have had to deal with this company many, many times and have been left exhausted and infuriated with being told 'I'll have to get back to you'; nobody at this company seems to know or care what's happening with your property repairs, instead choosing to forget you the minute the phone is put down.
Do not be fooled. I have had NO TV AERIAL since 2nd December when it was first reported. All we need is someone to come get rid of the mould and fix the TV aerial. We have had one visit from a sub-contractor who the employees at Countrywide seem to find impossible to chase up.....
If I was this uncommitted to my work I would have been fired a VERY long time ago.
Thanks for absolutely nothing, today's date is 15th February and alas, still no luck getting Countrywide Repair Team to sort us out. I literally do not know what you are paid for.
