Total waste of time,gives u the run around and uses cheap parts to repair.broke my iPhone,was working fine till I took it in for a battery change now it's an expensive paper weight.
He blamed an apple update and told me to go Sheffield Apple,did that they confirmed it was hardware "battery replacement" that caused the mother board to break.so just to confirm that I got a second opinion from an independent Apple expert,guess what it was caused by a faulty cheap battery !.
After confronting him with the evidence he got mouthy and refused to do anything...if you value your phone avoid this shop like the plague,because if something goes wrong.....he will leave you high and dry !
