I took my tap shoes to this store to have new taps put on. Even though I left them with the store for a week, when I called to collect them they were not ready so I had to wait. When I got to my tap class and got the shoes out to wear, there was a sharp tack sticking through to the inside sole of the shoe. I tried to bend it over with a coin and pad it with cardboard and tissues, but it was too painful to do the class I had paid £4 for. When I went back to the shop he laughed when I suggested he refund the cost of my class. What offended me most though was that he didn't even say he was sorry for the loss of money, pain and inconvenience. A very poor service.   06-05-15
