I booked a trip on the Belmond Northern Belle which is the sister train of the Venice Simplon OrientExpress, departing from Nottingham and had a great time.
I then booked a three week tour to Australia and David was really helpful and knowledgeable. He seemed to know everyone in Australia and had been to most of the country himself. He sorted my international flights, hotels, internal flights and attractions including swimming with dolphins, climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge and snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef
