Excellent and personal service.
I have been using this branch for more than 10 years. I recently had a test and ordered some replacement varifocals due to changes with my sight. The new glasses were ordered and they arrived promptly. But having used them for a few days I just could not get on with them. I returned to the store and they were more than happy to retest my sight and suggested a different varifocal lens design with the same prescription. And that worked, fantastic and I can't say how good the staff have been in assisting.
Simply GREAT customer service !! Well done.
