Went to the MAC shop last week. I don't live anywhere near a MAC shop but was visiting friends there and thought it would be a treat to go to one. How wrong could I be. Totally ignored by staff - they didn't even make eye contact. Stood there feeling foolish for 5 minutes and then left. I won't be back.
