Some weeks ago when in your beeston shop we described to your assistant Dawn a certain ceramic tile that we would like to buy.She phoned us on a couple of occasions to visit the shop to look through some brochures alas no tile,Then yesterday being 11th Oct she rang us to let us know she had put to one side the tile we were looking for which we collected the following day.We would like to say a big thankyou to this young lady who went that extra mile.Such lovely staff, thank you again.
