I used this agent when selling my property and I was very unhappy with the their service. During the 12 week contract they only arranged 2 viewings, 1 of which I did myself and secured the sale from. When discussing with Jack Chambers he was more concerned about the potential buyers getting gazumped if I kept the property on the market. Shocking considering I was the paying customer !
In addition when I was abroad they entered my property without my consent or permission and nor did they inform me. It was only when I returned I discovered items had been moved.
In his response the manager failed to recognised that I had entrusted the keys of my home to them and they had violated my privacy and trust. As an estate agent they will often hold keys to peoples homes and I wonder how many times they enter properties without the owners knowing.
In short, untrustworthy, unprofessional, lack of effective communication and unrepresentative of my needs as the paying customer.
