Completely inadequate service. I purchased a seemingly lovely lampshade to discover it was faulty and covered in marks. I obviously returned to the shop to exchange it or get a refund, only to discover I was to late. The company has a 14 day retiring policy which is not displayed anywhere on the receipt or explained to us on the shop. I also later going out it was an ex-display item which I was not told when I spent over £30. Atrocious customer service! Not the place to go for decent lights.
