Awful. Rented a property through them - we were excellent tenants for 18 months. When we left they took ages to inspect, they held up our deposit return for 7 months and then tried to take deductions for things that weren't wrong with the place. Manners and speed seem to be dirty words to them and I would never use them or recommend them to anyone.
