Went into the Lord Nelson arround 21:00 31.04.2017 the landlord was changing the bitter taps drawing water through he did say you will be served in a minute.
After a few minutes he dissapeared probley to the cellar the young lady serving then cartied on serving to every new commer leaving me still waiting some of these were large orders after abiut 15 mins i left.
Its is really infuriating when bar staff fail tobfollow some sort of serving customers in some sort of order, if they are nit sure just ask "who is next please" not rocket science a bery disgruntled ex customer
