BEWARE......
Such disgusting service - got a prom dress for my daughter in the sale, which needed a bit of work doing to it, and was advised that a tailor could do it no problem - went to 2 different tailors who both said it needs a minimum of £100 spending on it, and that its faulty so to take it back to the shop!
I've tried to get my money back from Elsa boutique and as they accepted it needed a lot spending on it ("yes I thought that at the time, but your daughter seemed so happy with it") they agreed to give me a credit note - however they didn't tell me it would only be valid for 7 days! Spoke to the Managing director Heather Watson who not only wouldn't let me speak, but was actually shouting at me down the phone, and tried to make out that she's spoken to the tailors which she clearly hadn't.
Disgusting service, will never go near this place again!!
