Have a lot to chose from and the staff are polite but I went in with over £1000 to spend on an air rifle and they tried selling me one saying it's on offer with £100 off, not one did they say it had been discontinued because a new one has just come out!!! Luckily I'd done my research and didn't end up with an older model! Ended up spending nearly £2000 in countrymans derby who told me everything I wanted to hear!

I have been a Drapers customer for many years. I have always found all the staff to be helpful and polite they have the most comprehensive stock of new and used air guns in one place. Unlike some shops which carry ltd stocks, you have to wait for most guns they advertise as they won't invest in stock

Been there a couple of times but a repair was worse than when I took it and the staff were rude and not helpful
I go to walkers or st clement both of whom actually seem pleased to see customers and give a pleasant and prompt after sales service

A shower...., compelete robing bar stewards, unable to understand how they are still in business, although they only deal with customers once.
Apparently there prices on the website are not correct.... Theyve got a 'problem' with their website and all the prices are to low... when you get to the shop they simply up them all.
