I agree with previous reviews that some sort of reminder is key into day's environment. It's the customers world that is most important.
Also the clients world is most important especially if you have a child with learning difficulties. There seems to be a lack of empathy here. It can feel like your not and individual and just a name on a list.
The impact is that certain children need more time and support especially around braces and teeth extraction. Sadly my experience as a parent is that I wouldn't recommend because of this.

As dentist they are superb and the only reason i wont give a five star is because they never send you sms reminder of your appointment as they state ... I have to keep calling to make sure i dont miss

I am a middle aged adult currently undergoing (private) orthodontic treatment by the dentist at Orthoworld Nottingham. Whilst my treatment is not yet completed, I can highly recommend the dentist, who has been caring of me as a person and thorough and careful in their work. As an adult, I like to understand what they are doing to my teeth and why; the dentist gives me a running commentary of what they are doing as they go along and is always happy to talk with me about my treatment at the beginning or end of my appointments so I know what to expect.
The dentist and their staff are always pleasant and welcoming. I would never have thought that I might look forward to dental appointments!
