Dishonest and untrustworthy. I took my car into here for some work which I knew needed doing quite urgently as their garage is quite close to me.
They called me up, telling me the job was worse than I originally thought and gave me a quote. I was quite shocked at the price and decided to shop around a bit.
I took the car to a gargae a bit further away which I've used for years and they showed me that the extra work I was told needed doing actually didn't need doing and the cost would be less an a quarter of what Formula one had tried to charge me.
Disgusting behaviour from what should be a professional company.
